"Dil La Liya" is Punjabi for "I have given my heart". The entire vocal phrase - "Dil La Liya Be-parvah dey naal" - translates most directly to: "I have given my heart to someone who doesn't care." I think everyone who makes music feels that way sometimes. Punjabi is a playful language and many alternate translations are possible. Some are: "I have given my heart to a beautiful woman." (subtext: she's out of my league) "I have given my heart and we don't care about anything."
The violin is by Briana Waters. In addition to being a fine violinist, Briana is an environmental activist who has been unjustly charged as an arsonist. For more information: supportbriana.org

Nobody matches the utter bliss and spiritual purity of Entheogenic. He's clearly a real musician too, not just a computer whizz, so there's a greater depth provided by the lush guitar and strings arrangements and sparse vocals. The production quality is the best. Of the more recent few albums which are all A1, this has the epic and essential track Oakseers, nuff said. Mark 007
I think this EP is as good as anything Entheogenic has produced, and Soma is slamming, I may be wrong but I think its the most full-on track he's done and it makes 99% of psy trance sound one dimensional in comparison. Mark 007
